Davenport, Wickman, and CNC screw machines produce parts as small as .030 and as large as 1.75 inches in diameter. We run programs from low volume to high volume production runs depending on customer requirements. Common materials are carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, copper, and many other materials. We supply the OEM automotive industry, valves and cylinders, aircraft, computers, plastic inserts, electronics, and medical applications as well a variety of other customers. We offer knurling, threading, tapping, cross holes, broaching, chucking, and burnishing in our state of the art ISO 9001 Certified facility.
