Zinc & Aluminum Die Cast

We use state of the art American Hydracast, Frech, and Techmire four slide machines to produce the finest miniature zinc die cast components up to 16.0 oz. This technology allows us to produce net shape, flash free, multi-cavity parts while holding tight tolerances. We offer secondary processes of drilling, tapping, and deburring in house. Currently using Zamak 2, 3, 5, 7, and 8 to produce quality parts among the best in the industry utilizing ISO 9001 quality standards.

Our current supplier has die casting machines ranging from 35 tons to 150 in Zinc, and currently run Zinc #3, #5, and ZA8, as well as a few specialty alloys.

Our Aluminum die casting machines run from 55 tons to 600 tons and we run 304 (K-Alloy), 360, 380, 413, and additional custom alloys.
